Viral RNA extraction kit

   The viral RNA extraction kit is suitable for purifying viral RNA from samples such as cell-free body fluids or culture fluids. The kit is based on silica gel column purification technology, without the use of toxic phenol chloroform extraction and time-consuming alcohol precipitation during the extraction process. The entire extraction process takes only 25 minutes. The kit is suitable for extracting viral RNA from 1-560 μL of cell-free fluid samples such as serum, plasma, cell-free body fluids or culture fluid. The product has successfully extracted viral RNA from hepatitis C, SARS and HIV. The obtained RNA can be directly used for RT-PCR, Northern hybridization, and detection of various viruses.
